BOSTON, March 13, 2000 - HomePriceCheck.com, a feature service of the forthcoming domania.com, is among the Top 10 destinations in the online real estate space, according to a February report from Nielsen//NetRatings which measured January 2000 traffic volumes.

The milestone is significant on three fronts: 1) this is the first time the site has been recognized among the Top 10 real estate players; 2) this is the only site among the Top 10 designed by consumers for consumers; and, 3) the company has yet to commence a full scale public relations and advertising campaign for the launch of domania.com. Home Price Check also saw a traffic increase of 60% from December 1999 to February 2000. Company executives said this is attributable to the company's viral marketing efforts - specifically, the buzz being generated by the impending launch of domania.com - and the strength of its strategic partnerships. The new site was previewed last month at Real Estate Connect 2000, the country's largest annual assembly of online real estate industry professionals. And, Home Price Check currently has co-branded content relationships with the leading Internet properties, including Yahoo!, America Online, Dow Jones and Motley Fool.
