What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file sent by our Web server to be stored by your browser so that our site can recognize you as a returning user. The cookie stores your preferences for domania.com and allows us to customize our site every time you visit, which will improve your experience with us.

The cookie we send to your browser does not give us access to the rest of your computer. Only domania.com can read the cookie we create -- no other site can access that cookie's information. Our cookie contains only information about you and your preferences for our Web site.

During your visit to domania.com, you are protected by our Privacy Policy. We do not use cookies to track or monitor where you go once you leave our site.

How and Why Domania Uses Cookies
Domania uses cookies to allow you access to our premium tools and to remember you and your preferences. For example, the cookie will save you the trouble of logging in each time you visit our site. When you return to our site, Domania immediately updates your My Domania page, retrieves any new Home Price Check results based on your most recent search, and displays information of interest to you. Also, the cookie allows us to backfill data as you move from tool to tool, so that you don't have to reenter the same information.

If you choose not to enable cookies in your browser, you will still be able to use some of Domania's tools. However, you will not be able to get descriptive Home Price Check data, bookmark a neighborhood Home Price Check search on your My Domania page, estimate your property tax, or calculate the value of your home or your home's equity.
